Registration will be processed through Entryeeze (linked below). Please make sure to select the 2019 Test Session.

For paper entry, please obtain forms through a private lesson coach. Entry fees can be paid in cash or check. For check, make payable to CFSC. Turn in paper form with payment to private lesson coach for submission.

• Moves in the Field – Pre-Preliminary through Senior
• Free Skate – Pre-Preliminary through Senior
• Pattern Dance (partner) – Pre-Preliminary through Gold
• Pattern Dance (solo) – Pre-Preliminary through International
• Free Dance (solo or partner) – Pre-Preliminary through Senior
• Pattern Dance (partner) – Pre-Preliminary through Gold
• Pairs – Pre-Preliminary through Senior
• Adult – Pre-Bronze through Gold
